We are a group of 50 ladies who can trace our ancestry to a member of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts. We reside primarily in Illinois and carry out the ideals of the National Society.
The Illinois Court was organized on 13 November 1941 by Ruth Bent Sapp (Mrs. Frederick Arthur). Our court has admitted over 260 ladies to membership since that time.
To celebrate our 60th anniversary, we published a book containing biographies of all ancestors of our members.
